This is probably the best workout structure for most people. If you want to get in shape and get stronger, AND still have a normal life, this workout is for you.


Focus on the four fundamental movements: squat, hinge, push and pull. Then, because aesthetics and targeting individual body parts is also helpful, do a couple of isolation exercises before hitting the core directly.


Do this three days per week with some kind of cardiovascular exercise on the days in between.


If you stay consistent, before long you’ll be in better shape than 90% of the people your age.
