How do I set up the suspension trainer?

Watch the setup video on the main page. You can set it up on a pullup bar, strong wall anchor or behind a door.

How much weight can the suspension trainer hold?

It is load tested to over 400kgs

What is your return policy?

If you don't like it, return it, no worries.

Why is the carabiner locked?

It is useful if you want it secured in one spot, such as in a shared facility like a commercial gym. If you don't need to lock it, just remove the screw and throw it away and it will work like a normal carabiner.

Is it easy and safe to use?

Yes. But always secure it to something that can easily take your body weight and do not use if the straps are showing signs of excessive wear and tear.

And always take it easy if you are new to exercise or haven't done it for a while. We recommend you consult a health professional if you have any concerns.

What are the extra short straps for and how long are the main straps?

1) To add extra length to the main straps if required. Use above main straps and connected to anchor point.
2) Can be used in a number of extra ways including with foot slings to make hanging ab straps; as a stretch strap. I also sometimes use it with a weight belt and kettle bell to add extra weight on chin ups or dips.

3) The main straps are 73in (185cm) and the extension traps are 29in (74cm)
