What is your return policy?
If you don't like it, return it, no worries. If you bought on Amazon log into your account and follow their instructions. If you bought from this website simply email brad@bodytorc.com. You can return any unused product in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund, or if something breaks or is faulty let us know and we'll send you a replacement.
Why is the carabiner locked?
It is useful if you want it secured in one spot, such as in a shared facility like a commercial gym. If you don't need to lock it, just remove the screw and throw it away and it will work like a normal carabiner.

What are the extra short straps for and how long are the main straps?
1) To add extra length to the main straps if required. Use above main straps and connected to anchor point.
2) Can be used in a number of extra ways including with foot slings to make hanging ab straps; as a stretch strap. I also sometimes use it with a weight belt and kettle bell to add extra weight on chin ups or dips.
3) The main straps are 73in (185cm) and the extension traps are 29in (74cm)
