Easy ways to get feet into the straps

Sometimes it can be tricky to figure out how to get both feet in the straps. There are two common methods:


1: on your knees simply reach back and place the loops over your feet.


2: on your back lift your feet up and place loops over your feet then spin around. Works best if you keep tension on straps while spinning around.


I usually do it the first way.
