Unilateral workout

Help fix imbalances with unilateral exercises. It is common to have one dominant side of the body which can lead to one leg or arm (or lat or glute etc) doing most of the work in common exercises like squats or rows or presses. These exercises shown here will train one arm or leg at a time which is a key method to help ensure you are training each side of your body evenly.
