Do it however you want but I like to superset the whole thing (no break between exercises) and usually for two or three rounds with little to no break between rounds.
I go close to failure on each exercise and have been known to make each one a drop set when I’m feeling frisky. A drop set is you lower the resistance as you get fatigued to squeeze out more reps. In this case move the feet to make me more upright.
Have fun, if by fun you mean feel an intense burn.
