Three Chest Exercises

The press and the fly are the two fundamental chest exercises. You can press holding the handles or with your feet suspended in the foot cradles and pressing off the ground like a push up. Try to keep your shoulders back and down, your chest elevated and your shoulder blades retracted (imagine you are imitating perfect posture). The lunge fly is great for stretching the chest and hips.
