Knee health exercises

Here are some simple exercises you can do to either train with minimal stress on the knees or deliberately add some stress to help build strength and resilience into your joints.


The knees can get stronger and a controlled amount of shearing stress is beneficial. Start slow and a little bit every week is better than too much all at once.


Talk to your physiotherapist if you have injuries or a history of knee problems.
