Sit much? Chances are you’ve spent so much time hunched forwards your pecs and the front of your hips have tightened.


The good news is you can gain a lot from stretching to overcome lifestyle related tightness. The goal isn’t to become super flexible, it’s just to help balance the many hours spent hunched over a laptop or steering wheel.
