Easy Pull ups

This is a great exercise both for beginners who can't yet do bodyweight pull ups or for anyone looking for an easier version to add variety into their pull up rep ranges. It's a great way to really work on form and a great back muscle builder.

If connecting to a door, make the straps as short as possible then sit on your butt with your feet against the base of the door.
