Combination Exercise: Squat + Overhead Press

Combining two movements into one exercise is a great way to challenge yourself and it can really get the heart rate up. Try these two exercises together: the squat and the overhead press. The press part looks easy but if you focus on keeping tension on the straps by pulling your hands back while lifting them up you will really target the shoulders and stabilizer muscles.
