Tabatas are a great way to get a quick workout that raises the heart rate and gets a sweat on.

Try this to work the arms and get the blood flowing to your biceps and triceps. I like tabata at the end of my workout to get my heart rate up.

Tabata music is widely available on Spotify or Youtube or any streaming service.
