Being able to sit down in a deep squat position is probably the most important indicator of good mobility in the hips and ankles. If you can't do this, use a suspension trainer to help and do it every day until you can do it without a suspension trainer. It will help with knee, ankle, hip and lower back health. Aim to be 85 years old and still able to squat down like a child.
