Meditation

If you don't have a meditation routine you're probably sick of people telling you to meditate.

If you don't do it or have tried and not stuck with it you may think it's difficult or you're not very good at it, but it's as simple as placing your attention on your breath. That's it. Your mind will wander...eventually you'll notice your mind has wandered and then you place your attention back on your breath. That's all you need to do.


It doesn't matter how often your mind wanders or how long it takes you to notice it's wandered, just keep following the simple process of placing your attention on your breath for 10 to 15 minutes per day, every day. It's probably the best habit you can form. Hint: It's easiest sitting down with your eyes closed.
