Keep it simple: core exercise

These core exercises look very simple, but trust us, they're effective. They challenge you to hold a 'braced' position while moving an arm (or leg).
How to Brace the Core
Bracing the core means tightening the muscles around your torso to create a solid, stable base—like preparing to take a punch. To do it:
Breathe in deep through your nose, filling your belly and sides with air (not just your chest).
Tighten your abs as if you’re locking everything in place.
Hold tension while keeping your spine neutral.
Maintain pressure as you move or lift, without letting your core collapse or over-arching your back.
Think of it as inflating and stiffening a balloon inside your torso.
