Hamstring and glute exercise

This Romanian deadlift variation is great for the posterior chain. The key is to hinge at the hips rather than bend at the knee. Keep the knee slightly bent through the whole movement.


Extra weight is optional and you can either hold it in the same hand as the working leg or in the opposite hand for a core challenge. You can also hold a weight in both hands.
