This 7 day challenge will have you working your whole body. Besides a Bodytorc suspension trainer you will not need any other equipment for this challenge, so you can do it anywhere, anytime. If it is too challenging decrease the resistance by reducing the angle (stand up straighter) or do fewer reps. The challenge consists of 4 fundamental exercises, 1 isolation exercise and 1 core exercise each day. You will start off slowly and regularly increase the number of reps. It will challenge you by building muscle strength and endurance.
